Participation Fee as follows $175 per team member enroll by 1/31/25 (early bird), $200 per team member enroll by 2/28/25 and $250 enroll by 3/31/25, non-refundable/transferable. This is an agent-funded program. This fee will cover qualifying team member and one guest for the recognition dinner. New hires are welcome to join within 30 days of employment after 3/31/25 deadline at early bird price of $175. Agent of qualifying participant will be invited to attend the recognition event and will be responsible for his or her registration, that of a guest and accommodations, if required for both agent and team member. If the team member leaves the agency during the qualification period, the director should be notified immediately. If the team member becomes an employee for another agency, he/she may continue participation and that acquiring agent will sign this agreement and may reimburse the prior agent the participation fee.
