Qualifications, Requirements, and Awards

Criteria for Qualification

  • 45 Issued Life Policies (between 1/1 and 10/31)

FIRST-TIME Qualifier

  • 35 Issued Life Policies (between 1/1 and 10/31)

Awards:

  • Recognition- Any Team Member who has qualified each and every year in the program will be recognized as a Charter Member. They will be awarded the recognition certificate, receive Stage recognition and have a name tag ribbon noting the accomplishment.
  • Century Club Award – for participants who produce 100 or more life policies
  • A professional photographer will be on hand during the event, and each qualifier will photographed with their agent and a member of the leadership team. Each qualifier will receive a complimentary photo; casual photos taken during the event will be made available.

Team Member Hall of Fame Participation

Eligibility Period: January 1 through October 31

Production requirements: Team Members will be recognized for issuing 45 life apps or with 35 issued life apps.

Individual production should be reported by the 5th of each month to the California Agency Resource Group director by territory. (a calendar reminder is suggested!) The website tracker should be checked regularly for accuracy. www.catmhalloffame.com/tracking

Participation Fee is (non-refundable):

  • $175 per team member January 31 (early bird)
  • $200 per team member February 29
  • $250 per team member March 31

This fee will cover the qualifying team member and one guest dinner, plaque, decorations, tokens, guest speakers, etc. at the annual event.

The participant should be registered and the fee paid by March 1 or within 30 days of employment.

The agent of the qualifying participant will be invited to attend the recognition event and will be responsible for his or her registration (usually $175), that of a guest, and accommodations, if required for both the agent and team member.

If the team member leaves the agency during the qualification period the director should be notified immediately. If the team member becomes an employee for another agency, he/she may continue participation, and that acquiring agent will sign this agreement and reimburse me the participation fee to the prior agent.
